Who can help me print a poster for presentation at a meeting?

The Ent. Dept. has a large format printer. It is in Terry All's office where Ent. Extension offices are housed (706) 542-3687 tall@bugs.ent.uga.edu
Ask other lab members about formatting and then Terry will help you with final prep .

What are our printing options?

We have our own printers: one color (HP4500) and one black and white (HP4000). If these are not sufficient quality the Entomology Dept. has a color printer which is located in the photocopy room, Bio. Sci. Bldg. the IP address is: 128.192.10.61

(also there is a new color printer in the Ent. office, but access may be limited, 128.192.10.59)

How can I pay for photocopies at the UGA libraries?
  1. In July of each year we submit a list of lab members who can charge library photocopies to Mike's accounts. See Jena to make sure you are on the list.
  2. Then, go to Science library and obtain your card which is valid for one year.
What do we do if there is a problem with building plumbing, electrical or mechanical (such as the cold room)?

While we are still in Bio. Sci., call (or ask Jena to call) Physical Plant at 2-7456.

If it is building related we do not give them an account number (in other words we don't have to pay for repairs)

If you call please let other lab members know so that we can coordinate actions taken.
